As some of you may know, our partner church (A Place Called Hope, Lethbridge, Alberta, CAN) is in the Yanamarca Valley of Peru this week on mission. Their pastor, Scott, is keeping us all up to date on what God is doing there. God is providing divine appointments with people from previous trips, favor in the eyes of local leaders, hundreds of children for the soccer camps, and new encounters with people God is preparing for the gospel! Seven people were led to Christ yesterday! He is also paving the way for New River's medical mission trip in August there with provisions for our medical clinic and a welcome from one of the mayors of the main town there. Please continue to pray for individuals that have been moved toward Christ, but have yet to sell out for the Treasure in the field. Pray for Scott and his team as they have work to do there through Friday. May the Lamb receive the reward of his suffering as this team fills up what is lacking in the afflictions of Christ (Col 1:24)!
